The Problem
In residential communities and urban spaces, the accumulation of canine urine can contribute to persistent odors, surface deterioration, and sanitation concerns that affect shared environments.
URO-PET™ was created to explore a new way of addressing this problem — at the source.
The URO-PET™ System
URO-PET™ is a sanitary system concept designed to manage canine urine during walks, helping reduce its impact on shared areas, surfaces, and urban spaces.
The system integrates an anatomical interface adapted to the dog, controlled fluid transfer, and temporary containment, with the goal of providing a practical, hygienic, and responsible solution.
Its development includes dedicated configurations for male and female dogs, as well as different sizes and everyday-use requirements.
How URO-PET™ Works
A controlled sanitary pathway from capture to responsible disposal.
1. Capture
Urine is received through an anatomical interface designed to accommodate the dog naturally during walks.
2. Controlled Routing
Fluid is directed through a controlled pathway toward temporary containment.
3. Containment
Urine is temporarily held in an absorbent cartridge designed for practical handling.
4. Disposal
The used cartridge can be removed for practical and responsible disposal.

URO-PET™ Pilot Project
URO-PET™ envisions pilot programs in residential communities interested in evaluating the system under real-world conditions.
The pilot will allow us to observe system performance during walks, dog adaptation and owner experience, as well as its potential contribution to hygiene and the preservation of shared spaces.
The information gathered will help us continue refining the system before future stages of implementation.
